Handicapping at its best, NFL week 8.
Alright, we are in the eighth week i believe of the NFL season, and what a wild ride its been. Well, it seems the Titans have the AFC on lock this year, right now at 7-0, seems like they are unstoppable. With all the powerhouse AFC team falling apart this year, the Pats, Colts, and Chargers are all coming up short of their potential greatness. The injury bug did hit the Pats, but does one person really make a team, i guess it does with them. Here at CinciKid.com, we have been picking the Titans pretty much every week, and they have covered . Kerri Collins has not been throwing the touchdowns too much, but their running backs, LenDale White and Chris Johnson combined for 15 td’s so far. As of right now in the season, I would say , bet with Titans every week until they lose. Its been working for us so far. On to the other teams, the Colts have not showed me anything this year, 3-4 and losing by more than ten points some games, just does not work. Peyton Manning needs to have a serious talk with his team, and they need to figure out a winning strategy. That Superbowl win was two years ago, and people think that really matters. Look at the Oakland Raiders, went to the Bowl in 2002 and now are officially the worst team in the league. Another piece of advice, do not bet with the Raiders. That team is a bunch of talent with no guidance. I mean , they are in the NFL, only 1600 people in the world right now have that opportunity, but it just aint working out. The NFC has been doing what they need to do this year. The Giants are a powerhouse, covering 9-10 point spreads all year, bet with them. Actually, the NFC east in my opinion, is the best conference in the NFL, with a combines record of 23-9 , they are pretty damn good. The Cowboys is my team, but they just are not getting it done this year, usually i go on some spill about how good they are and how no one can see them, but losing to Arizona, Washington, and St. Louis, is absolutely unacceptable. Losing Romo is the obvious problem in that lineup, Johnson is not at all what he used to be. When I turned on the St. Louis game, I did not believe my eyes. Losing 21-3 in the first half, blew my mind. A team that surprised me this year has been the Bucs, after switching quarterbacks a couple times, they have been doing pretty decent. One game away from leading the division, they are definitely surprising me. With Antonio Bryant avg. 12.2 yds a carry, and Dunn getting 4.8 ypc, the offense seems to be in sync. The QB situation is always sketchy for the Bucs, with Brian Griese out, Jeff Garcia has to step it up. All in all, the teams I mentioned are what I believe that will guarantee some wins. Giants and Tennesee are favorites, but they cover and win, and isn’t that what we want a team to do. Try out Cincikid.com for all of your winning picks you need for Saturday and Sunday.
